We are seeking a highly strategic and data-driven Staff Product Manager to lead key initiatives across our data platform. This role will be instrumental in shaping our data product strategy, driving monetization efforts, and unlocking new revenue streams. This position will play a critical role in defining and shaping the future of our data products and services. You’ll partner closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and data science to deliver innovative solutions that maximize our data assets, support the launch of high-impact products, and expand the value of offerings such as Audience Enhanced and Impression Feed.

You will be at the forefront of scaling existing products while pursuing bold new bets for 2026 and beyond.

What You’ll Get to Do: 

  • Data Product Strategy: 
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive data product strategy aligned with overall business objectives
    • Identify and prioritize new data product opportunities based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis
    • Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and set clear success metrics for data product launches
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to effectively communicate the value proposition of data products to customers
  • Data Governance & Quality: 
    • Ensure the highest standards of data quality, security, and privacy across all data products
    • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures
    • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to improve data quality and ensure data accuracy
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure successful product development and go-to-market execution
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
    • Effectively communicate product vision and strategy to internal and external audiences
  • Industry Leadership:
    • Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in data monetization, data privacy, and the broader AdTech landscape
    • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
    • Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and influencers

You should apply if you have most of these: 

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on data-driven products and services
  • Proven track record of success in developing and launching successful data products in the AdTech or a related industry
  • Deep understanding of data monetization strategies, including data licensing, data partnerships, and value-added services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with data governance, data quality, and data privacy best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of the AdTech ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs
  • Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is a plus

  • Experience with big data platforms like Hadoop or Spark
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree

New York Applicants: The salary range for this position is $135,100 - $231,600. Actual pay may vary based on experience or geographic location.
